This Dreo Chefmaker is available for sale on Prime Day at a very good price, with over $100 off for $238. This may have good reason: The chef maker’s new model will be launched this fall and has some new AI capabilities around recipes. Before the new models came out, it was almost always a good time to make money deals.
If you are not worried about waiting for AI-Assist cooks on Chefmaker 2, the first edition has already made me amazed. This steam-assisted combo fryer is completely different from the one you might have ever been. Pour a small amount of water into the tray and a nebulizer will atomize the moisture into the air to prevent the meat from drying out especially when cooking.
There is a temperature detector paired with the device, which means it is not impossible to cut the meat into thick meat, and you can monitor the environment and the temperature of the meat on the phone app. Basically, this thing is a reverse hearing machine. Slowly bring the meat to temperature, then burn it with a high heat of 470 degrees Fahrenheit and explode on the air-frying fan for better blowing. Of course, you’ll still get better with a grill or cast iron pan, and if you don’t use a meat detector, the Dreo’s thermostat does surpass its target. I tend to use probe Cook and then switch settings to optimize. But Lord, it is a beautiful effort for the meat-growing chef.
