- In a large bowl, stir in sweet condensed milk, sea salt, vanilla and a few drops of blue food coloring. Add enough coloring to make it darker than the final result.
- In a separate bowl or stand mixer, use an electric mixer or a manual mixer to weigh the cream until a rigid peak is formed.
- Gently approve the blue milk mixture into the buttercream to make it light and fluffy.
- Chopped Oreo cookies and fries Ahoy cookies, shelved some for top. Fold the rest into the mixture.
- Transfer to a parchment lined bread tray or use a freezer-safe container. Sprinkle reserved biscuit chunks on top.
- Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for 4-6 hours, or until firm.
