What should you do when you are directed to believe or tell them that they will have two interviews and decisions? Suddenly, the third interview with the boss’s boss’s people? I’ll answer this question here.
Another stupid resume error
I’m Jeff Altman, the big game hunter, head coach of Jobsearchcoachinghq.com. Heck, the question I asked is, I think it would be just two interview processes and they called me one-third. I should meet the boss’s boss, and maybe their boss. What does this mean? Why did they ask me again? I thought this was done.
It’s not finished. You know, what they might be worried about is. Your potential future boss decides to hire their manager, the boss as an arbitrator, to help them make their choices.
Maybe it’s you, there’s another person. But they have a problem that surfaced. So if they arrange for you, I encourage you to go back to HR or back to hiring managers and simply say, hey, you know, I didn’t realize it would be a third interview.
Let me understand the topics to be covered. Is there any problem with my background? Not because you want them to worry because you are not, but because they will tell you the agenda of the boss, the boss’s boss or the possible boss. Maybe they have a budget thing.

Maybe there is some reason for pause in your background, or what you are saying is something that makes them hesitate. in spite of. This is not a form, you can think of it as a signal to focus on them.
So, do your best. Be prepared. Consistent with what you said before and check with them about the topics that may be covered.
