Hampton by Hilton St. Thomas

Hilton dug his toes into sand and digs them in the first property in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Hilton St. Thomas’ brand new 126-room Hampton begins to welcome guests, marking a milestone for major hotel brands. Overlooking Long Bay, the property joins about 50 Hilton Properties, extending into the Caribbean from brands such as Hilton’s Curio Collection, Embassy Suites, and more.
Shruti Gandhi Buckley, senior vice president and global brand leader at Hilton, shared in a statement from the Hilton Gandhi Buckley. “As we expand in the Caribbean, we remain committed to providing outstanding guests with knowing and loving.”

Like all Hamptons at Hilton Hotels, the new property will offer a free hot breakfast, including the company’s signature customizable waffles. After breakfast, splash on the 2,000 square foot pool deck or relax on the 3,800 square foot patio. Guests can also hang out in the bar and lounge overlooking the harbour.

The room offers views of the pool, harbor or city and features light wood floors and a light blue design that blends into the island atmosphere of St. Thomas.

This hotel is opposite Havensight Mall, just steps from the island’s main cruise port. The hotel is also just a mile from the capital of Charlotte Amalie, which features many shops and restaurants, as well as historical sites like Red Brick Fort Christian, 17th-century Danish fortress and the oldest standing structure in the Virgin Islands in the United States.

According to a TPG search, Hampton in Hilton St. Thomas house price is $206 or Hilton honor points. Members who book directly through the preferred Hilton channel will receive privileges such as free standard Wi-Fi, the company said.
In addition to St. Thomas, Hilton also operates more than 3,100 Hampton Hamptons, Hilton Hotels, and plans to add more, with more than 800 currently developing.
