Hi, friends! Are you OK? How about the weekend? Hope you have a great person! We went to Phoenix for the Josh Turner concert and that’s it all. He sounds great and the band is incredible. The rest of the weekend was very cold. We had an NCL meeting at Madre’s home, family dinner, and I did some work.
In today’s post, I think it would be fun to do an old-fashioned “current” style blog post, which focuses on some of the things we’re going to do lately. If you want to play in the comments section, I would love to hear what happened to you recently!
Now:
celebrate…
Anniversary #18! On next year’s anniversary, what’s the big thing we should do…like moving to Spain? Just kidding…😉
18 years old is a life and a life (multiple lives). Besides thanking us for sharing the little life and family, all the adventures, celebrating high and passing troughs, choosing each other every day <3
Wearing…
Dresses and grey flats:
(My daily combination)
And Sambas! Even though I always thought they were cute, I didn’t really get into the trend, it was because I was told they were very uncomfortable and they returned them. In the end, I couldn’t handle it anymore and I got a pair of “for me”, but they were indeed for Liv. (Some fun/fun thing: I seldom let kids buy anything or shop with me. When I was a teenager, I was the opposite thing and wanted to buy everything!
They didn’t feel uncomfortable at all, but felt better after breaking in for a few weeks. Now I’m following these!
Look at….
there is nothing. I’m waiting anxiously here Emily in Paris Go back so I can be violent. I haven’t really discovered anything that I’m excited about since I’ve finished young And rarely watch TV. If you’ve seen anything you like recently, please LMK.
Now, the pilots are traveling and the girls are cold at night and I have more time. (If the assignments and trivia are done, they can have a while later on screen time in the evening. I have turned on the keyboard (with headphones, so no one else has to suffer from lol), crochet some blankets, and spend the evening cleaning and preparing food. Sometimes, I also just lay on the sofa with a huge blanket around me, leaning against Maisey, and scolping on my phone.
read…
Just started this book. When I was in a book, I almost always returned to the historical novels of World War II. Even though it turned my heart into a million pieces, these painful and beautiful stories of human experience brought me back. If you have any favorites lately, please LMK.
Struggle with…
Find my school year routine. I mentioned it before on my blog, but I’m still trying to figure out the work/homeschool/mom balance through the pilot’s travel schedule. I work as much as I can when he’s here and when he’s gone, it’s just me doing everything here. In some ways, this is easier in some ways because the girls are older but also challenge in different ways in all driving and assignments. We’ll figure it out<3
eat…
Quinn’s Gluten-Free Peanut Butter Pretzels. These are probably my favorite crunchy bites.
listen….
The most random mixture ever. Bad rabbit, Carmina BuranaSabastian Yatra, K Pop (Liv attracted me!), Broadway Musical,,,,, Family Music,,,,, Worship music, and the country in the early 2000s. Spotify knows what I like haha.
Excited for…
4 things!
A trip to San Diego. We’re going there for Labor Day weekend, check out the Kleigers and enjoy some beach time. We were also ready for some better buzz, OB Noodle House, but the still heartbroken Tiki Port disappeared.
Our autumn detox! I’ll share details in an upcoming post, but our fall detox group starts on September 1st. Week 1 is preparatory week, and the real detox starts on September 8. I’ve been feeling totally mean and swollen-my face is just swollen and I can feel it-I’m definitely looking forward to this reset. Make sure you get the information first on my newsletter.
The Olive Rose is finally back. I’ve been out for a few weeks – the other thing is “borrowing” and disappearing lol – this is my favorite * foundation all along. Everything will be staying here, we have some new products this fall and I can’t wait to try and share them with YA.
Not one, but two huge product releases! Equilife unleashes their new high-end cell power, and I have been drinking and loving the past week. It is designed to support mitochondrial function and ATP production and to select components for energy, recovery, to support blood flow/circulation and focus. I only drank 1/2 spoons – the full amount was 2 spoons! – And noticed that the enormous energy was increased within 20 minutes of drinking. It’s a great decaf before drinking or afternoon lift if needed. Enjoy 30% off here this week!
Another product launch is the new red light package at high doses. I love my Lumebox, but it would be amazing to have a bigger option to stack my PEMF Go Mat and Morning Meditation. It’s so cool that you can use it as wrapping paper or as vertical mounting. You can use Fitnessista on the high points here for a 15% discount.
So, tell me, friend: What are you eating, reading, dressing and excited at the moment? I would love to hear what’s going on in your life!
XO
