I was asked if there were recruiters working for job seekers and willing to pay after they worked for hunters. My answer is simple

5 tips for professional brands that will get you far

Someone sent me a question so I thought I would do a YouTube live stream quickly. So, the question reads: “When placement, is there a company that can engage in paid searches (in his case, because it is the supervisor)? I have a couple calling me and just want to know if you are involved.”

So let me go and lay it out for you and say (I know it is not the case), if you think the emergency company recruits the company…yes, there is an emergency company that the company pays after filling the job with someone and setting it up as a new position.

But if you want them to end their salary so that you can find a job, no. No one is a good person anyway. Let me explain why. He said the number has been linked to a number, but it just solved the problem.

The question really depends on what you want to charge from the job seeker, what kind of fees do you think they can charge? Seriously? One thousand dollars? $5000? You will receive a $10,000 salary increase and you will donate $5,000 to the recruiter? you. That’s the tax you’re going to charge. Like why anyone is willing to work in this situation?

From the side of recruiters, when they can get 20%, 25% or more from the company 25% or more of the recruiters can do this? Only nonsense companies can promote this kind of business. You will have some “recruitment staff” who will spam. I have to place “recruitment staff” because they are not recruiters. They try to get you to work. They are at best a placement agency.

They will spam the Western Hemisphere, hoping to find a job. From there, they can collect from you. How do they think they will do this kind of collection? In the past days, on days when applicants paid for their fees in the agency business, they would try to charge five dollars a week from someone. They would go to that person’s home, they would go to that person’s office or workplace (where they work) to collect five dollars a week in the Stone Age. You can imagine how it feels like to talk about $5000…you have to collect it from someone.

They are dodging your phone and you can go to their office and say, “Hey, where is my money?” Security will throw them out. How will they collect it? Do they want to sue you? How long do you think it will take to charge this fee?

I simply put, anyone who claims they will charge fees after employment after job hunting is a loser. Why do they want to work for your Millennium or $5,000 when they can collect $150,000, $30,000 or $40,000. The fee is 30%, $45,000. Sometimes it may be more. If they have any benefits, why do they do it.

I won’t recruit anymore. I won’t go through this story again. I simply say, don’t get stuck in trouble with this foolish move. All that’s going to happen is that they’ll email your resume to some listing database claiming they have some kind of “special ability to help you”. By the way, they didn’t. They will block legal recruiting companies that you sometimes won’t even get these interviews. Don’t do it. Seriously, don’t do it.
