Older Professionals – Don’t let your resume date you! In this video, I share a quick, no BS strategy to highlight your experience, prove your adaptability and land interview. Whether you are 50, 60 or above, your skills are valuable. You just can’t close people.

Why do you “never be too old” to find the perfect job?

If you are an older professional, Don’t sell your resume. This is how to distinguish yourself in a good way.

first, Leadership results, not job responsibilities or responsibilities. Instead of “managing the team”, write “leading a team that cuts costs by 15%. Numbers always win on resume.

second, Show adaptability. Mention on new tools and techniques, software and methods you have learned recently. This proves that you can make a difference anytime, anywhere.

third, Highlight transferable skills Like leadership, problem solving and coaching skills, young professionals cannot.

And from there, Abandon outdated details. Seriously, no one cares about what you did in the last century. Get rid of these things on your resume. Stay updated. Your resume should scream Experience, skills and adaptability. This is your interview, not your rejection.
