If you want to crush your next interview, what to do if you really want to stand out in a great way. I am Jeff Altman,,,,, Large game hunter. People don’t have employed my BS job coaches and career advice worldwide because the process of finding a job and being successful is easier.
First, Show energy and enthusiasm. Companies are attracted to it; they like their passion for what you do. Don’t act like the end of your career; like you’re in the middle.
Conversation results, not years. No one cares about you having 25 years of experience. Instead, they care about the things you do that benefit the organization, such as “I increased my revenue by 20% last quarter” rather than “I have 25 years of experience doing everything you do.”
Show adaptability Somewhere in the story you tell. Share information about how you can adapt to different situations, learn new technologies, or work for a manager who is younger than you rather than pain in the rear.
also, Ask good forward-looking questions. It shows that you are not focused on the past. You really care about the future.
Remember, this is not your age. This is not years of experience, it will get you hired. This is what you can provide for the solution they need Then.
