Myths of passive work candidates exposed

I have been a recruiter for more than 40 years. Many years ago, the myth of advantages that helped build passive job applicants. The purpose of the myth is to combat the huge advertising advantages that large search companies have, by inferring the inferiority of the people they represent.
Myth shows that passive job seekers (which means I recruit people who haven’t applied for a job yet) are better than those who apply Positions are because active job seekers are positions that fail the current company or are cut by inferior performance.
The first question you need to practice
While some views may be correct, most people who are looking for jobs are fired due to the economic environment, not because of incompetence, if they are working and looking for jobs, because they are looking for better opportunities elsewhere, not because they are losers.
And, if you are someone who finds a position by answering ads, how do you hear that others will evaluate your less qualification based on the medium they are targeting rather than by evaluating your skills and abilities with others?
Also, if someone finds you and recruits you for a position, but you are actually looking for a job and puts your resume in one or two job locations, which one are you? Passive applicants who are recruited (superior) or active (inferior)?
So the next time the recruiter tries to speak with you very little, I want you to stand up proudly, tell them that you found your job through ads (or found the recruiter who referred you to the job through ads) and give up that bullshit once and for all.
