- Brownie Mix

- Salted Butter: You can substitute for unsalted butter and a piece of salt or two, or use vegetable or canola oil, although the oil may cause the greasy effect of the brownie chocolate cake.
- milk: Although the flavor isn’t as rich, you can replace half or even water in a pinch.
- Snickers: You can use any size of Snickers rod, chop. You can also replace different candy bars, such as the creamy white method.
- Caramel shards: These can be omitted or replaced with 1/4 cup caramel sauce or drizzle, although it won’t give the exact same result.


The inserted toothpicks should mostly use some rough crumb instead of the original batter clean. That is the best choice for texture.

Brownie the thief
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line up the 9×9-inch baking tray with parchment paper or spray with baking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix the brownie mixture, eggs, butter and milk together until smooth, thick and well-mixed.
- Pour more than half of the batter into the bottom of the prepared pan and spread it into even layers.
- Sprinkle on chopped Snickers and sc on the rest of the brownie mixture.
- Gently remove the top of the brownies and sprinkle with caramel slices.
- Bake for 40-43 minutes or until cooked. The toothpick poke inside will come back to sticky, but there is no batter.
- Keep cool for at least 20 minutes before cutting into squares and serving.
Optional steps: Melt the extra ½ cup caramel slices and drizzle the top of the brownies.
