For me, I’ve been around for a long time and although I haven’t contacted the recruiter on LinkedIn because I do recruit and I don’t want to help with my game, I still have More than 30,000 first-level connections. The more connections you have, the more networks you can do. Why? Because these connections lead to Second level connection. These statistics usually require not only coming out with the first-level people, but also the second-level people in order to find an introduction to the organization to enter.
