Have you been to the escape room? Personally, I hate experience. But yesterday it suddenly appeared in my mind, how to work through the escape room is like #interviewing

Why do they want my payroll?

Have you been to the escape room? I went there once and happened to hate it. I hate these situations, you have these opaque clues designed to trick you into cheating you in the wrong direction so that you can get stuck, and you have to find out these clues to move to the next room.

Well, that’s true for job interviews, except I know what the rules are. I understand them and can navigate through them. Most of you don’t have it, and to you, it’s like walking through an escape room. You have to figure out the clues, including the job description, which are usually not completely accurate so that you can move on to the next room, in which case it is an interview. This might end the game, or you can find the clue and move to the next room after that, and then go into another room. Even then, you may not have a prize in the end. You might just walk out the door and go, “I wasted an hour. I wasted two hours.” That’s how the interview is like an escape room.
