A woman worked for me many years ago. She had two hours of commute to and from every day, worked very hard in the office, ate a pizza when she got home, repeating once a day, and repeating with modest results. She shed tears for her frustration. My answer is: “You are working hard.” Give yourself some game time. have fun. ” Her sales began.
Many of you may be working hard to emphasize every detail. Try to give yourself some downtime. It does not have to meditate on a mountain overlooking the beautiful distant view.
For many of you, the weather will change quickly, getting cold and painful. Figure out how to enjoy your day now. You can carry your phone with you and monitor messages. Just do something to ease your day.
