You can submit a work or related work. If you want to submit multiple works that are not related to each other, make multiple submissions, as multiple images in one entry will be considered as a single work, and the jury will take cohesion into account.
Please note that we cannot display images of people publicly. According to IntransItBC Public Art Installation Policy: Description of individuals or groups in graffiti, weapons, smoking, alcohol and drug paraphernalia, religious information, company logos or artworks.
Boooooom members and capture members are free of charge for unlimited entries. If you are a Capture member, please email the Capture to request a submission link. All entries that are not members are subject to a fee of $15 at the time of submission.
Boooooom’s editor-in-chief Jeff Hamada will review all entries to identify the shortlist. The list will be reviewed by a jury at Capture Photo Festival and Boooooooom, who will agree to each other’s finalists. The selected artist or group of artists will be selected in November. All applicants will be notified after the final selection in November.
