Accept less | Large game hunter

One of my viewers on YouTube asked me to come up with ideas about accepting or considering a lower offer.

Accept the concept of paychecks you’re used to hitting your home on a deep emotional level and professional level. It is emotions that make someone feel pained by a truly direct business decision.

Let me provide some very simple scenarios.

Mohammed has been out of work for eight months and is at a price of $20,000 less than the previous price than the $150,000 position they have earned before.

Yes, it takes a return to previous income, but they have lost two-thirds of their annual income. The longer they lose their jobs, the less likely they are to return to their careers.

Accept the offer. No one will beat your door.

The second case:

Preeti has five years of experience and is currently working and offers a job she is interested in, earning $10,000 less than her earnings. The position is five miles from her home and she will not have to go to and from get off work anymore.

Here she has to consider the financial cost of commuting, the personal value of her time and make a decision (I personally would do that, but I would try to use my technology, the easiest way to “negotiate a higher salary” video to see if I can convince them to improve their job opportunities.

The harder problem in my opinion is combining less money with lower positions. Where you are asked to consider this situation, even if the job is attractive, it is worth it if you have the ability to refuse to work.

Please note the phrase I chose –If you can afford it

Here, the question changes to one you have to think about for a long time.

Will the effects of downgrade affect your career? Yes.

Will that cost your money and opportunities? Of course it’s money. Possible opportunities.

But, even if that isn’t clear. After all, if I were to add that job opportunities are the next hot product to use from Apple or Google, you would answer in a different way, don’t you?

So, all in all, there is no clear and simple answer to whether to accept less money. However, there is a clear suggestion to detach from emotional allegations on factual grounds.
