What should you do if the interviewer is not interested in your resume and experience during the interview?
Feel stuck in your job?
What if the interviewer doesn’t seem to be interested in your resume and experience? They look boring. I am Jeff Altman,,,,, Large game hunter. People don’t have employed my BS job coaches and career advice worldwide because the process of finding a job and being successful is easier. It’s really simple.
Now, I have to pause for a second and go, if that’s the first two minutes of the interview, then you’re reading where you should be. They may just know you. If it’s 15 minutes they seem boring and uninterested, I’m just simply saying, first, I really don’t care if they care about my resume. I can, I worry if they were involved in the interview. You may have done enough and they will turn you down.
But in this case, in any case, all I would do is stop for a second and go,”I might read this sentence, but I think you are not very interested in this interview. Will I let you have a bad time? Did I read it wrong?“What you’re doing is trying to find out if they’re fully focused, because sometimes they have other ideas. They have a meeting that’s coming and they have some work issues that are getting their attention.
So I just said simply:Am I catching up at bad times because I wonder if you are not very interested in what I am going to say?“And keep it quiet. Let them say, “Yes, you know, I haven’t heard of something I really need you.” “That’s great, if I could do so in the future, I wouldn’t want to waste your time.
Just simply ask them,”I understand that you are fully focused on something, or you just don’t like what I’m going to say. Am I reading the error?“And keep it quiet. Hope you find this.
