9.26 Friday Favorites – Fitnessista

Hi, friends! Happy Friday! What happened this weekend? The pilot and I were enjoying a date night, P had a basketball game and it was our 1st birthday party for Neice Daisy! We had to celebrate our birthday girl last night and couldn’t wait to have more fun this weekend.

In between, I’ve been doing homeschooling here, working with clients, and loving the season Dancing with the stars. Just give Robert a mirror.

It’s time to attend the Friday party every week. Here I’ve shared some of my favorite findings this week and around the network. I always love hearing about your favorites, too, so yell at what you like in the comments section below.

I told Ya, nothing is more like a taco after Detox.

Recent clothing. (still wear all of this, as it’s still 100 degrees here)

Customers win! The client is trapped in layoffs and wants to return to her before the wedding. Before the cut, we started performing functional lab tests, rebalancing her body, repairing her sleep, stress management strategies, and building metabolism through a reverse diet. Then we were able to start her cuts. She sticks to her macros like a professional and looks at her own results – she ends up beating her own body composition goal.

The best part is that she sleeps all night, has regular cycles, and no longer experiences dry eye.

I have several attractions that will open in October, so if you are tired of wasting money because scales don’t feel frustrating, you have a bad sleep and want to take action plans, please email me a topic coach at gina@fitnessisa.com.

Fitness, health and delicious:

Pumpkin Banana Oat Mixer Pancakes.

Made these crushed medlani beef bowls the night before, which was a huge blow.

Just ordered this recipe to switch recipe rotation. The client recommended it to me and the recipe looked great.

Try these bars for the first time and fall in love with them! They have amazing ingredients that don’t stimulate my blood sugar at all.
