My clean beauty essentials-Fitnessista

My clean beauty must be nurtured: soft, effective products such as Oliveda, Oneskin, and more skin without irritating ingredients.

Hi, friends! Are you OK? I hope you have a pleasant morning! I’m going to have a yoga class and look forward to having a family dinner later tonight.

In today’s post, I want to talk about clean beauty and share my absolute to-do list.

Why I turn to clean beauty

As an integrated health practitioner, I spent a lot of time helping women reduce toxin exposure through food and lifestyle. Although I have been cautious about the food I eat and have been buying it for decades, it wasn’t until I was pregnant with Liv that I started focusing on what was on my skin.

Our skin is our largest organ, and many traditional products contain irritating chemicals, synthetic aromas and endocrine disruptors that can accumulate over time. Choosing a clean beauty product means fewer suspicious ingredients, more plant-based active substances, and generally better results.

Today, I share what is essential for my personal cleanliness and beauty: products that I can get every day. These are not sponsored picks; they are people I really like and see the real results of using them. The affiliate links are included below – Thank you very much for shopping through my links.

Clean beauty shopping tips

Check the ingredients list: Look for products that are free of parabens, phthalates, sulfates and synthetic fragrances.

Start with the basics: First exchange your daily moisturizer, cleaner, and SPF. These cover the maximum surface area of the skin.

Patch test new products: Even clean ingredients can cause sensitivity.

Invest in multitasking: Products such as colored SPF or spiritual fusion moisturizers save time and simplify your daily routine.

Clean beauty does not have to be complicated or means sacrifice. These products earned a permanent place in my daily routine because they were effective, tender and consistent with my philosophy of toxin-free life.

If you are not familiar with switching to cleaner skin care products, start with one product at a time (perhaps your SPF or moisturizer) and pay attention to how your skin feels.

What is your favorite cleaning and beauty product at the moment? I would love to hear your top pick in the comments!

XO
