$4,500 Artist Grantfeature
The Hopper Prine accepts submissions for $4,500 and $1,000 artist grants. For this public call, they raised the award to $4,500 and will offer 6 free water for a total of $13,000. The 2 artists will receive $4,500 each, while the 4 artists will receive $1,000 each. This is an international public call that all visual media qualify. This public phone call provides you with a direct way to bring your work to international curators, artists, galleries and art administrators. Additional exposure can be obtained through a shortlist of 30 artists, online diaries and Instagram, currently reaching 150K.

Monastery Harris Fresco Fund (U.K)
This grant supports artists to create semi-permanent or permanent public murals or location-specific works in any medium. Funds up to £7,000 can be used for artists or organizations that produce public murals.

2026 Black Creativity Review Art Exhibition (us)
Griffin Museum of Science and Industry invites submission 2026 Black Creativity Review Art Exhibition. The annual exhibition features works by professional and emerging black artists from all over the United States, as well as by black teen artists from the Chicago area. There is a $10 application fee; submissions for teenagers category are free.

Contemporary reflection Painting Exhibition (International)
Invite artists from all disciplines to submit artworks Contemporary reflection The exhibition, a selected display, explores the complexities of modern life, identity and cultural transformation. The exhibition will be held at Cornerstone Studios, London from 1 to 7 December. There is a £20 application fee.

2027 – 29 exhibitions held at DLR Lexicon Municipal Gallery (Ireland)
This public call is an opportunity to share new works in Dublin and the M50 regions in general (i.e. North Wicklow, South Wicklow, South Dublin, Fingal and Kildare). Selected artists will charge a fee – both €6,500 for both artists and €4,300 for emerging artists – as well as an exhibition held at the Municipal Gallery in Dún Laoghaire DLR Lexicon.

Glen Arbor Center for Arts openly appeals Interior (International)
this Interior The exhibition is an exploration of real and imaginary interior spaces. The show will be held from January 9 to March 12, 2026 and has been featured over the past three years. There is a $35 application fee ($25 for GAAC membership).

Visual/Gate: Open call between movies and performances (New York City)
The Shelley & Donald Rubin Foundation is seeking submissions for its season 6 Visual/Geist, a series that supports emerging film and performance artists. Artists who participate in one-night group screening cost $300 and stipend for one-night individual performances is $1,000.

nicamore gap tree creative committee (International)
The National Trust invites artists, organizations and creative agencies to make suggestions to save lives from the wood that has been cut off without sycamore trees. This opportunity will see up to five finalists receive funding to develop their ideas and choose a final concept in early 2026. Shortlisted artists or collaborations will receive £5,000 each to develop their advice.

Publicly call for discovery of art fair Frankfurt (International)
International galleries, project groups and individual artists have the opportunity to present their works at art fairs in Germany, profit from high capital and collectors, and from commercial metropolises in Frankfurt and the Rhine-Leon-Mein-regions. Discovery Art Fair Frankfurt runs from November 6 to 9.

Grants

Green Fund Project Grant (Alabama)
Verdant Fund supports individual artists, artist curators, collectively or collaboratively located in Alabama. Project grants up to $7,000 are prioritized for female artists, artists of color, artists with disabilities, Alabama artists who live and/or work in rural communities, and LGBTQ artists.

Support ACT Foundation Artist Grant (Belgium, Germany, Spain, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal and the United Kingdom)
Wetransfer’s Support ACT Foundation has designed artist funding to help emerging artists from underrepresented groups involve some form of collaborative, collective or creative process that benefits the community. Ten artists will receive an unlimited grant of €10,000.
Deadline: October 13, 2025, 11:00 a.m.

Dutch talent project grant (Netherlands)
Rotterdam Photos teamed up with Amarte Fonds to showcase the Dutch Talent Project Grant 2026. This program provides emerging photographers with the opportunity to develop new works around festival themes, The Echo of Silence – War in the Artist’s Soul. Selected artists will receive financial support, curatorial guidance and a platform to showcase their projects during Rotterdam Photos 2026.

Craft Research Fund Grant (us)
The center’s handicraft awards range from $5,000 to $15,000 a year to support new and interdisciplinary research.

Collect Portland Artist Permit (Portland, Oregon)
Glean is a review program that provides five selected artists to the Portland area (Multnomah, Washington and Clackamas counties) to visit Metro Central Transfer Station (also known as “The Dump”) for materials used to create artworks. The Glean program will provide studio access, marketing support, a $3,000 stipend, and group criticism with Glean Artists and Partners, ultimately in the exhibition.

Artadia Award (Houston)
The Artadia Awards provide financial support, exposure and recognition to artists. The $15,000 award is unrestricted, allowing artists to use these funds in any way.

Make paper grants (International)
By directly funding the original animated paper project (short film), you can propose a paper grant champion and focus on emerging talent. Senior BFA/BA and MFA/MA animation students (and teams) are welcome to apply. Available prizes include $3,000 in first place, $2,000 in second place, and $1,000 in third place.

BOOOOOOOM Illustration Award (us)
In addition to the 20 shortlisted illustrators, five winners in five categories will be exhibited in a dedicated print publication, which will be dedicated to the display of the winner’s work. In addition to the special product reward package, the award also includes a $7,500 cash bin. Everyone can submit an image for free; BOOOOOOOM members can submit an unlimited number of entries.

Bobby Anspach Studio Foundation Grant Program (International)
The Bobby Anspach Studios Foundation has launched its inaugural grant program to support creativity and researchers whose work deepens conversations about meditation, psychology, creativity and collective engagement, which are important avenues for harmony and health. The foundation will award two $50,000 grants and three $8,000.

Adolf and Esther Gottlieb Emergency Grants (International)
The program provides one-time financial assistance to qualified painters, printmakers and sculptors whose needs are due to unforeseen catastrophic events and lack of resources to deal with this situation. Winners usually receive $5,000, up to $15,000.

Pollock-Krasner Foundation Grant (International)
The foundation welcomes applications from painters, sculptors and artists (including printmakers). Grants are intended for one year and range up to $50,000. The artist’s situation determines the size of the grant and will consider the history of professional exhibitions.

Residence, scholarships, etc.

Morgan Paper Art 2026 Residence (International)
Funded by Windgate Foundation, Morgan’s Residence Artists (AIR) program provides emerging artists from around the world with emerging artists working with paper-making, book art and prints out opportunities to explore concentrated projects. Artists who accept the program will receive stipends, 24-hour access to the Morgan facility, and more.

2026 Art Omi Residence (International)
Residents who attend Art Omi for free through a competitive jury are invited to attend Art Omi for a limited time, in addition to travel expenses. Art Omi provides residents with time and space to hone their craft in the Hudson Valley while fostering a vibrant community of artists from around the world. Occupants are open to practitioners of architecture, visual arts, writing and music and offer many scholarships.

Quinn Emanuel Artist Residence Program (Greater Los Angeles)
This residency is open to emerging and mid-term artists working in all disciplines. Over the course of four months, the artist resident will offer a studio at the Quinn Emanuel Los Angeles office to support its existing practices or new projects. At the end of the residence period, an exhibition will be held to include at least one work in a permanent collection. Support allowances, as well as material allowances.

Beam Art Residence Winter/Spring 2026 (International)
Located in Thessaloniki, Greece, Beam Arts hosts an international residence program to support the artist’s vibrant studio practice. The organization hosts monthly events and provides artists with opportunities to connect, interact and expand their professional network. Participate every month.

Arts and Advocacy Scholarship Center 2026 (us)
The Center for Arts and Advocacy, formerly known as the “right to return,” believes that individuals who share life-long incarceration experience have a large number of talent and outstanding creativity. The center’s scholarships provide $10,000 in unrestricted funding and $10,000 in project development each year to previously incarcerated artists. Fellows are invited to conduct annual retreats with former researchers, advocates, industry leaders and funders.

Project Row Houses Artist Studio (Houston)
Project Row Houses covers an area of ​​one of the city’s oldest African-American communities in Houston. The organization offers an artist residency program that provides subsidized studio spaces on site for three years of use. This resident creates, experiments and develops his own practice by providing artists with affordable space while becoming part of the vibrant Third District community.

Between bridges living (International)
Between Bridges’ next visual artist residency period, it will take place from July to December 12, 2026, which includes a working phase and a month of exhibitions or public speaking. The right to residency is open to professional individual artists, artist duo or group collaboration. This residence provides facilities organized by Berlin Schöneberg and offers a monthly allowance of 1,500 euros (regardless of the number of participants) and opportunities for studio access. An additional budget of €5,000 is allocated specifically for exhibitions or presentations.
