Hiring is not about finding the best people. It’s about reducing the risk of hiring the wrong person.

After all, if a company is going to make a choice, if a hiring manager is going to pick someone and seize an opportunity for unconventional hiring, if that person is working on a job, then assume. However, if the person fails and can evaluate why this person is chosen as a risky person, the hiring manager will face consequences.
