With Salary.com’s honors, here is a list of benefits to consider negotiating for your C-Class or executive compensation plan.
The best questions to ask when you are online
I thought I would be making a video today about things that executives/C-level professionals can negotiate as part of a compensation plan to make sure you cover all the basics.
I always want to start saying one thing. There are no rules. The only rule is that you do this in a way that doesn’t give yourself an adversity, and when you join a new organization you don’t get frustrated with the muddy waters and make them feel dissatisfied because you squeeze the last ounce of blood for them.
For them, they might want to take it on the boat and take it as you are a tough negotiator. So you want to show yourself in the way you show up and smile on your face. That way, let me just take you through something you might negotiate based on your level.
I want to make it clear that most of them are not for employee level individuals, if you can use some of them as employee level people, God bless you. But you will understand why I said it was about executing the negotiation.
Of course, it starts with your salary, signing bonuses, annual incentives and your bonuses
Guaranteed minimum annual bonus.
Stock options.
These options are discounted.
Restricted stocks.
Purchase a loan for restricted stocks.
Loan tax
Loans for buying a house.
Forgive loan standards.
Standard employee benefits.
Supplementary enforcement of medical insurance.
Supplementary enforcement of life insurance.
Supplemental implementation of retirement plan (SERP).
By the way, I want to give salary.com credit for this. They put together a great list here. So, this is sales.com.
No quality delay compensation.
Club membership. A first-class air travel while traveling.
Financial, tax and administrative real estate planning services.
Legal planning services.
Use company aircraft.
Company car.
Tuition fees are accepted if your child is in school or attends private schools.
Gold parachute terms.
The total amount of taxes for termination clauses and taxable benefits.
When pushing the push, the goal is of course to get as much as possible and choose to fight. After all, what is more important to you.
Seriously. What is the most important thing to you in your next job or organization? Do you have any other options? Can you afford to sit on the sidelines for another six months before you come up with your next deal?
Find all of this in advance. I’m not saying don’t negotiate bravely, nor do you negotiate your rights. However, I want to make sure you choose the person who matters most and then get all the aids.
