How Recruiters Steal Your Best Talent: Have Unrealistic Expectations of Them
One of the ways to push people into the arms of recruiters is to expect perfection from them, rather than excellence. You know, we all break down. Some days we are all tired. Even great athletes miss games, right? But you try so hard to get your people to be perfect, and you end up destroying them. It’s never ending. You’re pushing them too hard. No flexibility. Just like you would expect them to be a machine. They are not. When people are fed up with this, recruiters say, ‘This is terrible. I feel sorry for you. I have a client. . . ‘Then you lose them. You’re going to lose these great people. There’s more on my website, TheBigGameHunter.us. Go blog. Go explore. I’d be happy to help you.
