Retention interviews are an important tool for managers to retain employees. Most people don’t use it.
A recession-proof career: Help achieve company goals and improve yourself
One of the ways recruiters steal the best talent is by hiring managers not talking to them when they’re doing a great job. They only talk to them when they are worried or have a question and want to criticize. If you haven’t heard of a “stay” interview, the concept is talking to people about why they stay and what they like about their environment. If they could change one thing about working there, what would they change. Have open, honest conversations with people so you can proactively listen to feedback, implement the things they like, and try to mitigate the things they don’t like. And a lot of my website, TheBigGameHunter.us blog. There’s a lot here to help you.
