“Paradise Valley has long been synonymous with exclusive luxury, and Kimpton Miralina provides us with the opportunity to leave a mark on one of the most coveted addresses in the Southwest,” Greg Dickhens, managing partner of Trinity Investments, the real estate investment firm behind the property, said in a statement shared with TPG. “Today’s visitors are drawn to resorts that offer an opportunity to be immersed in nature and connect with culture—with trailheads at your doorstep and the vibrant views of Old Town Scottsdale just minutes away. We are creating a property that is deeply rooted in the desert while also bringing a modern way to experience it for guests.”
When it opens, the hotel will have 222 canyon rooms and 38 cabins, designed in terracotta, sage, coral and violet tones that reflect the colors of the desert environment in changing light. According to renderings of the hotel, natural wood will add balance to the space. A total of 144 villas and residences are expected to open by the end of 2026.

This sense of place continues outside, with six different pools, including a three-tiered Canyon Oasis pool. There, guests can relax in shady cabanas and lounge chairs, or enjoy cold towel service and desserts by the water. Family-friendly playscapes make it a great vacation destination for all ages.
True to the area’s style, the resort celebrates wellness with immersive sound installations, a stargazing eye with “dune-style seating,” and poolside massage pavilions. The hotel also has five treatment rooms, a sauna and a cold plunge pool.
