8.22 Friday Favorites – Fitnessista

Hi, friends! Happy Friday! What are you going to do this weekend? We will go to top golf with friends, I will take the kids to the K Pop Demon Hunters to sing, we have NCL meetings and the Gaslight Show. On weekends, we will definitely pack up a lot of fun stuff!

(Mazer has a little grounding and sunshine. Whenever I go out to Lumebox, she runs to me-she loves it.)

A little enjoyment: The pilot is able to go home between trips this week. What a surprise. His work schedule is very manageable, but the past week is a bit long. We were all happy when he took a surprising break in the middle.

Tell you the truth, I haven’t been like myself in the past few weeks. I just felt mean, didn’t sleep like I usually do, crave a lot of candy and candy, anxious, stressed, and after a summer fun, my clothes were tight. I already have an action plan and now I’m going to go to school and I can try to find the routine again, but the first step is to detox, just to make healthy, whole food with healthy, and reduce inflammation.
