Adobe Captivate 13.0 fails to generate narration when using generative AI in India

I recently upgraded to Adobe Captivate 13.0 and started using its generative AI capabilities to create avatars and narration. However, when I try to generate the narration, the process fails about 10 seconds after starting with the error message:
“Build failed! Please try again later.”
I’m located in India and wanted to confirm if the Generative AI Narration feature is officially available and supported in the region. Additionally, I’m looking for guidance on how to resolve this error and use the narration feature successfully.
