Fly to London, Paris and other European cities with 20,400 SkyMiles

Delta Air Lines has a big promotion on award flights to Europe. Some routes cost as little as 24,000 SkyMiles round-trip, which is a great deal. The sale includes some of the most popular destinations on both sides of the Atlantic, including London, Paris, Milan, Munich and the Netherlands. Most of the routes in this sale have nonstop itineraries, but a few have stopovers.
You can actually save even more if you have an eligible Delta-branded card, such as the Delta American Express. Eligible cardholders can save 15% on these award flights. We’ve found that there are plenty of slots available on these exchanges from December to February, but don’t wait too long to book. In fact, you can’t wait that long at all. To take advantage of these award fares, you must book before midnight on Thursday 20 November 2025.
As with most sales of this nature, please read the restrictions to avoid any problems. This offer is available on Delta’s basic economy tickets, which means you won’t be able to access the Sky Club lounge even if you have a credit card that normally works. Checked baggage costs approximately USD 70 one way.

After logging into your SkyMiles account on the Delta website, search for the flight you want. We wanted to see the lowest available awards flying from New York City to Paris in early 2026, so we clicked on the Price Calendar tab.

Once we did that, we found there were plenty of options to fly from John F. Kennedy (JFK) to Charles de Gaulle (CDG) in January or February for just 24,000 SkyMiles plus $136 in taxes/fees. If you book your trip with a Delta-branded American Express card, you can save an additional 3,600 points.

I found that there were similarly good deals on flights from Miami to Milan, Italy. There are plenty of flights from my hometown of Miami International Airport (MIA) to Milan Malpensa Airport (MXP) in January for just 26,000 SkyMiles round-trip, plus $59.43 in taxes and fees. If you book with a Delta co-branded credit card, you can save an additional 4,000 miles. This trip includes a stopover at JFK Airport.

Nonstop flights from Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) to Paris (CDG) in late January can also be booked for 24k points, plus $136 in taxes and fees. In January and February, we saw a ton of listings available in Boston at such low prices.

If you live in Chicago and have a flexible travel schedule, there are great deals on traveling to the Netherlands. You can book a round-trip flight from Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD) to Amsterdam Schiphol Airport (AMS) in early December for 26,000 points and $127. Each route has stopovers.

Other cities where you can get SkyMiles bonus rates as low as 26k include Frankfurt and Munich, Germany; Venice, Italy; and Marrakesh, Morocco. January and February are the best times to search.
