I’ve applied to 15 jobs in the past week that I have experience in and so far haven’t heard back and I’m frustrated. How to improve employment rate?

I have applied to 15 jobs in the past week that I have experience in and have not heard back so far and I am frustrated. How to improve employment rate? I don’t know what the employment rate is. I would consider response rate because I suspect that’s what you’re really looking for. The answer is actually quite simple: use their terminology (rather than your terminology, which may be synonymous with their terminology) so that they understand the appropriate situation.
Because once I see that you’ve applied, you go through the applicant tracking system, and the system doesn’t want to see synonyms because no one took the time to program them to recognize synonyms. They usually want to see the same term on the next page (preferably the previous page). This way you can be noticed by the applicant tracking system and get approved.
No, don’t use that stupid TikTok thing about resume white text. This doesn’t work. If anything, many systems will reject people who try little shenanigans with white keywords in their job descriptions. So stop talking nonsense. Some people will be with you the next second. So don’t try that little prank. Simple, make the fit obvious, like a six-year-old with ADHD reading your resume, and do it within the next page so that the system sees it earlier because it’s associated with more recent experience earlier than what’s on the second page, which might be a recent experience but it won’t notice it because it’s also.
