12.6 Friday Favorites – Fitness Gurus

Hi friends! have a nice weekend! I’ll be posting my Friday favorites roundup later this week because it’s a crazy roundup. I took Liv and one of her best friends to a Katseye concert in Phoenix,
(The girls had a lot of fun)
My niece was then sent off to spend the night while her parents enjoyed a much needed date night. We absolutely love having her here. Well, everyone except Messi. She feels so stressed out because others are getting more attention than her lol.

She sleeps and plays like an angel in our room and the girls have so much fun with her here. They’ve asked if they could make it a weekly thing.
What are your activities this weekend?
We got the Christmas tree last night and watched home alone And ate pizza,

(One day I will have a well curated match tree…it might break my heart)
The rest of the weekend is basketball games, Moulin RougeNCL meetings and evil: doing good (Again! I can’t wait) and get ready for the week ahead. I hope you have a great weekend!
Now, it’s time for our weekly favorite Friday party. Here I’m sharing some of my favorite finds from the week and around the web. I always love hearing about your favorites too, so shout out your favorites in the comments section below.
12.6 Friday Favorites
Extended Cyber Monday deals for health enthusiasts:
– Air Doctor. Clean air can make a huge difference, especially during this time of year when allergies and colds are rampant. This is their best price all year.
– Canopy shower filter. We immediately noticed a difference in our skin and hair. The water feels softer and has zero chlorine smell. If you already have one, this is a great opportunity to purchase more for an additional bathroom, or to try one of their sink or tub filters.
– PEMF Go Mat. I use it every day for breathing and meditation, or when I need a little recharge while working at the computer. I have a hard time deciding which one I like better: the famous sauna blanket! or PEMF pad. If you can do both…I say go for it. 😉
– Red light mask. I use it every morning when I’m doing chores or multitasking. It gives my skin an amazing glow and I noticed a huge difference in my skin texture
– organize! They make a lot of my favorite things, including Hydrogen Water Tablets, Green Juice, Red Juice, Harmony, and Pure. Check it out here!
If you’re shopping for someone specific, I’ve got lots of ideas (and more!) in this year’s gift guide. Many of these posts contain BFCM transactions:
Biohacking and Healthy Gifts
for her
for him
for children
For tweens
Everything is linked on my ShopMy for easy access, and this page also rounds up some of my top picks.
Random: This hand cream from Trader Joe’s is really good. It comes in a two-pack (one lightly scented, the other unscented) and Liv says it’s her new favorite hand cream.

Read, watch, listen:
Don’t miss this week’s podcast episode about biological dentistry and how oral health affects the entire body.
Wonderful low or no cost gift idea.
December Tradition: Read a chapter from the Gospel of Luke each day.

Fitness, Health and Food:
This protein powder! This was a gift to me and it has become one of my new favorites. I mix Daily Nutritional Support with Truvani every morning (for a protein boost) but I love the ingredients and taste of this protein. It’s sweetened with dates, certified organic, and super smooth and delicious. Kids love it too.

This week is P’s first week back at school. I’m still holding my breath, everything continues to go well, but now, she’s so happy. I celebrated by going back to Roots a few months later and taking my first hot yoga class. I missed! (More about homeschooling here)
Had lunch with friends in Tumerico. I haven’t been there in a few years and their Jackfruit Ropa Viha was even better than I remembered.

Thank you so much for visiting the blog today! Have a great weekend and see you soon!
XOXO
Gina
