Headhunters know the secret to performing well in interviews

By Jeff Altman, Big Game Hunter

In this video, Big Game Hunter’s Jeff Altman lets you in on the secret ways headhunters know you’ll do well in a job interview.

What is the difference between resume and resume?

I want you to know this secret when I discover things over the years of recruiting that indicate the company is interested in hiring you.

I’m not saying the same openly after an interview: “I think you’re great.” I’m talking about life. real time. in the room. When you meet with a company. This signal indicates special interest.

I want to clarify that this doesn’t always work. There is no use working overtime to find a job. If this happens, you’ll know they’re interested.

This is the signal companies send in the interview room…the more they talk, the more they like you.

What’s happening is they’ve moved from evaluating and valuing you to selling you. The person is trying to convince you or they happen to feel a special connection with you. In both cases, it’s a sign that the hiring manager likes you and is willing to “bless your hire.” Or they would like to know more about you..

Nothing is guaranteed because in most interview scenarios there will always be someone else who gives you a hard time. At least this person has the same eyes as you and wants to bring you on board.

Again, you might meet 3 or 4 people. This is just one of them. Probably nothing is needed unless they are a hiring manager or an overall hiring manager, which sometimes is required if a subordinate doesn’t like you. It will work.

However, if the hiring manager likes you, then at some point in the interview everyone you meet will start telling you how great the company is and how much they loved working there, and if they start talking about themselves, they’ll start talking about themselves (I’m not talking about the first 5 minutes. That’s just a bad interviewer. I’m talking about after you’ve spent some time with them talking about your experience and abilities and what you’ve done and all the other things they ask you), and if they start talking all the time, that’s a buy signal. This means you’ve done a great job.

Can I withdraw from the interview?
