Hi friends! Happy New Year! ! I hope everything goes well so far. I miss you all. I feel like the holidays have been chaotic for two weeks and we got a puppy! We have a lot to deal with, but I feel like I’m finally moving on from the piles of wrapping paper and cheese and getting my life back on track 😉

For myself, I consider today the beginning of a new year. When it happens on Thursday, I guess you’ll get a free pass for the rest of the week. While a lot of my daily routine will remain the same, I still have some big personal, health, and fitness goals that I will share here tomorrow.
