Top posts and pages in 2025

Sharing my top blog posts and pages of 2025.
Hi friends! Are you OK? How was your weekend? Ours was a good one. The kids had lots of friend time, P attended a basketball game, and I attended the NCL meeting and taught barre lessons.
In today’s post, I’ll share a summary of my popular blog posts and pages from the past year. It’s always fun to analyze and see which posts are performing well, almost all of them are posts I’ve created in an attempt to provide a ton of value, such as recipes, how-tos, full reviews, etc. I’m also interested to see how this changes in 2026, as everything in the blogging world changes with AI search. SEO isn’t as effective as it used to be, so I’ll do my thing here and always appreciate any feedback or content you’d like to see here!
Here’s the complete review!
Top posts and pages of 2025
1. Blog homepage
This means a lot to me because it means that most of my readers are my internet friends who click directly to the blog without having to find it through Google. I love hanging out with you guys every day and what that means to me is you guys come and see what’s going on. <3
2. Healthy Homemade Dog Food
Macy’s dog food recipe! I loved putting this post together because she loves this dog food so much and so many people have let me know that their puppies love it too! I make a big batch every two weeks or so and freeze them in chunks. We introduced it to Lola and she got really wild.

3. Homemade Gelatin Gummies for Gut Health
This is a recipe the kids keep asking for; they love it, and it’s a great way to get some gut-nourishing ingredients.
4. Homemade protein ice cream
If you want a dessert with a little protein, this protein ice cream is great!
5. Easy Enchiladas with Grilled Chicken
Seriously, this is the easiest enchilada recipe I’ve ever made and a real crowd pleaser. It’s also quicker to use a rotisserie chicken!

6. Drink turmeric in the morning to detoxify
This morning drink is warm and comforting with lemon and turmeric; one of my favorite ways to start the day.
7. Lazy Sunday Dinner Ideas
I’m writing this on Sunday because I’m wondering what exactly we’re going to have for dinner, so this is one of those posts I write because I need it for myself 😉 It has some of our quick and delicious dinner options.
8. Whole Foods Red Dal Lentil Soup Recipe
I love this soup from Whole Foods and used to buy it all the time. A few issues: I don’t like the plastic-lined soup cups (hot food can cause them to leach), and they’re expensive. I knew I could make it cheaply at home with organic ingredients, and this copycat recipe would taste 100% like the real thing.

9. Highlights of Orangetheory Fitness
I haven’t done Orangetheory in years, but it used to be my go-to workout. Here’s what you can expect in the full course.
10. F45 vs. Orangetheory – My full review
I have switched to F45 and in this post I share the differences between these two popular formats.
11. Mediterranean Egg Bites (Gluten and Dairy Free)
These omelettes are perfect to make and store in the freezer. For busy mornings, just pop some fruit in the oven or microwave and grab some. Breakfast is served.
12. How to Set Up Your Peloton Bike (or Any Spin Bike)
This is another post I wrote because I realized the information out there wasn’t very helpful, haha. When I made the video, I thought, “I hope this helps a lot of people who are having trouble setting up their bikes,” and I’m super excited that it made an impact.
10. Review of the Sculpture Society
Sharing my love for one of my all-time favorite home workout options. Give it a try here, my code for January is GINAJAN.

11. Mediterranean Egg Bites (Gluten and Dairy Free)
These omelettes are perfect to make and store in the freezer. For busy mornings, just pop some fruit in the oven or microwave and grab some. Breakfast is served.
12. Homemade Sea Salt Hairspray
An easy recipe for a texture spray you can make at home. You probably have most of the ingredients on hand as well.
14. How to Care for a Fiddleleaf Fig Tree
The credit for this blog post goes 100% to Frida in all her glory. She’s a picky girl, and once I cracked the code on how to care for her, I knew I needed to write a post about it.

15. How to train for a half marathon alongside strength training
Sharing tips on how to train solidly during your half marathon training.
16. TRX Workout Program for Beginners
TRX is an amazing exercise tool, but it can be intimidating at first. Here are some of my tips and plans for beginners!
17. Is dangerous coffee worth it? my full review
Sharing my love for my favorite mold-free remineralized coffee. I drink decaf and am very picky and this one is the best.

18. F45 Beginner – What to expect in class
I love F45 and I’m sharing details about the format, the tools they use, training splits, and tips for my first-time friends.
19. OneSkin Review and Is It Worth the Price?
I’ve been obsessed with OneSkin ever since the biohacking conference. I’m sharing my full review here and you can get 15% off with FITNESSISTA15.
20. Why we decided to homeschool
Share the details of why we took P out of school to homeschool her. We finished homeschooling last year and most of the first three months of this year before she was ready to go back. More details are in this substack.
So tell me, friends: What would you like to see on the blog this year? Is there anything else you want to see? Is there anything the site is missing that you’d like me to add? Thank you so much for your help and feedback and for being here.
XOXO
Gina
