Hello! I’m experiencing performance issues with Captivate 12.6. The app frequently lags and glitches across all functions, especially in projects with 60 slides.
General UI lag: Clicking between slides or menus is delayed and often “hangs”.
Audio/text out of sync: When resizing the text box to narration, the audio continues to play but the subtitles freeze for a few seconds.
Overall stability: The application feels unresponsive and a window appears saying “Page is not responding.”
How can I solve this problem?
