Focus on candidate experience

Whether you are a new manager or a veteran, this is one of the first questions you need to learn to ask so that you can manage effectively.
Employer Brand: Do you know why they are contacting you?
One way to build your employer brand is to focus on the candidate experience. For example, how did they find you? When and where did they apply? How long does it take for you to respond to their application during the application process?
It’s really helpful to measure all sorts of data, including, when people get rejected, you send them a polite letter at the end that basically says, “One of the hardest things we have to do is let people know they’ve been rejected.” Unfortunately, this is the case for you.
Sending a letter like this shows a level of empathy and compassion. What kind of interactions did people have with this person?
