Have you tried video job descriptions? This is a great way to brand your organization. Bring your HR business partner, hiring manager, team member, overall VP or leader into the video. Let the manager talk about the work being run by the HR person. Ask team members to talk about what it’s like to work on a team. Let the overall area manager or VP talk about whatever they want to talk about so they have some face time.
You can post it on YouTube. Remember to take it off when you are full of work. You can post it on your Facebook page, LinkedIn and LinkedIn page. It creates new distribution channels where you can control the message.
