How do recruiters find you to fill their positions? Okay, let’s put that aside, you applied for this job. It’s not that great. But they’re also talking to their network of people they’ve built relationships with who might be able to recommend you. They are also looking for industry experts. Of course, they are also developing technologies such as LinkedIn and Google. They are trying to find someone who can recommend you for the position.
The easiest way to get recommendations is to be visible. The better people know you, the more likely they are to recommend you. As an expert, you will be people’s first choice, which will make you attractive to them. After all, if you’re invisible, you’re basically applying for jobs. This basically means you are a lucky employee.
