What are they looking for in your resume? It’s very simple.
Recruiters are not your friends
Four things corporate recruiters look for in a resume. The first is relevance to the position they are trying to fill. Tailor your resume so that the fit is obvious, just like a six-year-old reading a resume, they are really busy and won’t sit still. Second, it is error-free, accurate, and contains no grammatical or spelling errors. Run it through a spell checker or grammar checker. Don’t make stupid mistakes so you can get away with it. The third one is scannable. Ultimately, it has to go into domain-specific systems. Don’t use crazy fonts, keep them light. Fourth, it is clear and easy to understand what you do and how you do it. Hehe
You didn’t use crazy jargon to get your point across.
