No one likes someone who’s desperate when it comes to job hunting or dating. Remember that stalker on a date who was always trying to take advantage of someone? Well, this happens to desperate people when they are looking for a job. “Please, I need help. Please help me. I need your help.” No one likes that.

You don’t want to be thought of as one of these people. Desperation is not a good look for you. Don’t do this.
