Now, this question is an example of one of those Amazon leadership principles I think. . . Well, that’s the principle of customer obsession. The problem is, let me spend a while, you can help clients through a difficult process and what they look like. Now, I will first give you some data about my experience, which doesn’t involve Amazon, but a mobile carrier, and I’m trying to get my old iPhone to make calls on Wi-Fi, which should work very easily.
But for some reason, my family can do all the phone calls. Mine can’t. Therefore, I first call the carrier, first level support.
We are completing this process. It doesn’t work. upgrade.
Upgrade to level 2. We went through the whole process. I’ll browse them through the steps I’ve participated in.
It should work. It doesn’t work. It upgrades to level 3.
I got the call, that’s it. . . What I want to point out is that I got a call from someone from level 3 support. And, you know, we started having conversations about what I was doing, what happened to the phone. They promised to study it and then went back to what I did 24 hours later.
And we are sure there is a problem that needs to be notified because they need to open up what is around them, there are existing errors or existing problems, and they need to carry it. And I’m just giving you data on the situation so that you can understand how to do this when answering questions. Eventually, I was told that the votes were submitted to them.
It should be resolved within 48 hours. We will call back to confirm that this is done. Meanwhile, I have submitted it to them and I will continue to follow them to make sure it is taken care of.
