Lyft Welfare Guide as Chase Sapphire Reserve Cardholder

Most chasing cardholders know that they earn extra points for the Lyft rides, but the Lyft experience with Chase SapphireReserve® (see Rates and Fees) can offer more.
Cardholders also receive $10 per month for Lyft In-App In-App credit, which can save $120 per year until September 30, 2027 to be used on the ride.
What Lyft benefits will I get as a chasing sapphire reserve cardholder?
As a Chase Sapphire Reserve Holder, you have earned 1 point per dollar on all purchases, but in Lyft you can earn 4 points on a qualified Lyft ride (excluding car rental) by September 30, 2027.
As a cardholder, you can also apply for a monthly credit of $10 on Lyft Rides with up to $120 per month. Benefits last until September 30, 2027.
This credit applies to standard, additional comfort, XL, black or black SUV riding modes and may not be applicable to all LYFT fees or services. Wait & Save, riding a bike or scooter on the Lyft app may be eligible, so try it yourself.
As a sapphire reserve cardholder, you will also receive a free Doordash Dashpass subscription (activated by December 31, 2027). If you link this membership to your LYFT account, you can get a monthly discount on your ride.

Bottom line
A $10 ride credit to Lyft rides is useful and helps offset the high $795 annual fee on Chase Sapphire Reserve. Remember that you cannot use this credit on certain types of Lyft rides and will not exceed the month.
If you rarely use ride apps, this benefit is worthless. However, if you use Lyft naturally every month, this advantage can help you save some extra cash.
