Friday Favorite 8.8 – Phoenixista

Hi, friends! Happy Friday! How was the week going?

Sorry for disappearing on YA this week. Honestly, it only takes me one second to breathe. The pilot is gone – he is back today! – I’m getting girls ready to go back to school, but…I just have a mini blog crisis. I had one before, and only one in those weeks, and I was just a funk. I’m back now, miss you<3

We try to find our grooves in airline life, but it is definitely colder than military and commander life. I waited so long to actually come here, and I’m very happy. Just trying to build our new routine. P will start homeschool again on Monday (we go!) and I will share what we plan to do – a lot of fun stuff in the future.

(The jelly weapon of Pilatesban this week. We’ve been wearing arms, which is Fierryyyyyy.)

Even though we ate all the fruit in 3 days, meal preparation saved me in these solo parenting weeks. πŸ˜‰

It’s time to attend the Friday party every week. Here I’ve shared some of my favorite findings this week and around the network. I always love hearing about your favorites, too, so yell at what you like in the comments section below.

Favorites on Friday 8.8

Fashion + Beauty + Random:

A favorite of readers in July! It’s always fun to go back to the analysis and find the bestsellers I’ve shared on my blog.

This is your first choice starting in July:

Lumebox! I’m so happy that you love it just as much as I do. I use it every day. My code Fitnessista saves you $260!

My favorite pink suit.

My Spanish apartment obsessed with it.

The skylight calendar changed the game for us. We were able to sync our schedules, add a weekly meal plan, and girls can check their chores every day and earn stars (which translates into money and rewards), and it was very good.

The best wireless bra on the whole land.

This super cute girl suit.

The Holy Grail of Homecoming Sports Shoes Protection.

This mop/blister. This is the only reason why my floor is spotless. Even if you shouldn’t, I’ll use branch basics.

This olive oil! Even if you can buy it on Amazon, this is one of the things I stocked when I was in Spain.

Always stock these during Nordstrom sales.

Functional laboratory! I’m glad many of you take advantage of the huge balanced sales in the lab.

This deal includes Vita-Min Tox tests (I use both tests with my healthy clients every day) and 5 major labs; the most comprehensive test package. If you buy any testing options by Sunday and want me to be the one who ends the results with you and helps with the action plan, I’d be happy to give up on my coaching fee. Simply send a copy of your ODER number to gina@fitnessista.com. If you’re ordering for the first time, you can also stack my code FitnessISta10.

Read, watch, listen:

Which books have made you cry recently?

Don’t miss my last podcast episode with Dr. Carp, founder of Miracle Side.

Fitness, health and delicious:

We had family last weekend and had breakfast and supper. It was a huge blow, so explosive. We made two Spanish tortillas,

Chopped salad,

Gluten-free kitty waffles, regular buttermilk pancakes, chopped bunch of fruit, Madre brought with them corned beef hash, the best beans and mimosa suppliers. We had a feast and then swam for a few hours – which was perfect.

Add this IP pasta to the rotation.

Try this dental genius. I’m a big fan of biotin and I’m glad to spin it up. (My access code for CellCore is AB1NKHXW) You can read more about my favorites in it.

Chocolate acai egg white bowl.

Thank you very much for stopping on the blog today! Happy weekend, I will see you soon!

xoxo

Gina
