Save up to 20% at the end of the summer sale at Wyndham

It may be hard to believe that fall is coming, but the end of summer sales at Wyndham can save you 20% of your hotel in 2025.
With this sale, Wyndham Rewards members can save up to 20% of participating properties in the U.S. and Canada, depending on their stay time. They can enjoy 10% of one night stay, 15% off for two night stays, and 20% off for three nights or more.
You do not need to sign up for this promotion; the “End of Summer” sales rate should automatically appear when you look for qualified hotels during the promotion date. Sales price does not include taxes, resort or service fees, incidental charges or remuneration.
Most (but not all) of Wyndham Rewards Properties in the United States and Canada participated in the sale. The power outage date, room type exclusion and other restrictions may apply, but these restrictions vary by individual hotel.
To take advantage of this sale, you must book directly with Wyndham (for example, not through an online travel agency). You must also be a Wyndham Rewards Member (join for free here).
You must make your reservation until September 8 and not complete your stay until December 31.

If you live in a North American property where both are involved, you can stack it with Wyndham sales to save more (as long as the total cost after the discount is at least $500).
For example, suppose you want to book a three-night stay for $900. You’ll save 20% and pay about $720 at the end of the summer sale (plus taxes and vacation fees); plus, the AMEX offer essentially reduces your purchases to around $620, saving you nearly $300.
Just remember to check your AMEX account to see if you are targeting, then inject your card into the AMEX offer and use the same card to pay for your accommodation.

Maximize your Wyndham purchases

If you have a credit card offer like the one mentioned above, you will need to pay with the applicable card to get a profitable statement credit. Otherwise, the best option is to pay with a card, which will get the most rewards when you purchase it.
Wyndham’s co-record lineup is a great start. These all earn bonus points on Wyndham accommodations, while offering other benefits such as Wyndham Elite Status:
- Wyndham RewardsErner® Card: Qualified hotels purchased by Wyndham are 5 p.m. per dollar
- Wyndham RewardsErner® Plus Card: Eligible hotels purchased by Wyndham are 6 p.m. per dollar
- Wyndham RewardsErner® Business Card: Eligible hotels purchased by Wyndham are 8 p.m. per dollar

You will also not make an error using a transferable reward card that includes direct hotel reservations as a reward category. Here are some of our favorites:
