Respond to the rejection of com that I did not have an interview

It took me some time to realize that in two cases this person might think they were not interviewed and denied.
“Silly wage negotiation error: so grateful”
Someone asked questions that I thought were useful. It took me a while to solve the second possible meaning of this problem. That is, “How should I respond to email rejections from companies I did not interview?”
My first reaction was that they submitted their resume and were rejected. I will respond immediately to that one. But then there was a second one. Don’t understand, I’ll start in a second. Come to see me after that. So, I’m glad I’m not just replying to the video right away, you’ll understand why in a second.
So, suppose you have submitted your resume to your employer and they refuse to respond by email. How should you respond? You should answer this question, and the answer is “No.” Don’t respond to it. Learn from it. Check out the job ads. Check out your resume. How did you show that it was right for this role?
Hidden job market. Hidden work.
Most people send the same resume over and over again, just like watches twice a day, their resume will bring them a certain number of interviews. However, they did not do anything to defend their candidates. So the company sent a rejection email that basically said, “Thank you! But no, thank you. We’re not interested in talking to you.”
If you respond to this, all you do is prove that you are a fool and they made the right decision. You didn’t do the job. You are not locating your resume in a way that shows you are the way they want and need. So, that’s yours. That’s not them. Reaction it won’t work properly anyway. You will waste a lot of effort. You missed your learning opportunity and blamed them when it was blamed on you.
The second option. It’s a little bit after that, and that’s what they think of for phone interviews, but they don’t get an in-person interview, so they don’t think it’s a real interview because they talked to a company recruiter or agency recruiter and received a rejection email. Then what should you do?
OK, the answer lies with you again. You have no reason for why it is suitable for the requirements. Your interview is not working well, so the answer depends on your need to practice the interview. You need to be in a place where you can speak freely, and if you don’t, schedule time to get back to them so that you can speak openly and freely.
Once they call you, you will talk to them as soon as possible. Again, you are not just talking about what you do; it is important for them to talk about what you do. Unless you come up with a strong enough case, you won’t be invited to meet your potential future boss with a hiring manager and anyone else. it’s over.
So, how should you respond? Learn from it. That’s the best thing you can do.
