Celebrate Spring In “Ffern Fairy Tale”, children imagine eccentric characters – Huge

From musical birds to wandering Scottish flowers, a group of imaginative creatures emerge in a new short film made for Ffern, a fragrance maker in Somerset. The company uses London-based creative studio PAL to create the “Ffern Fairtyale” that celebrates storytelling, imagination and seasons.

Parr worked with Ffern to organize several workshops in the UK, with more than 100 children who told stories, made paintings, and characters inspired by folklore and spring. Through a series of imaginary creatures, such as the Flower Things, the Flutebird and the Frost Queen, we glimpse the young inner world (no screen here) in costumes made by Clarice d’Arcimoles and Frank Gallacher.
