In wage negotiations, I believe many of us believe in the concept of win-win negotiations. The company has grown into a negotiation that believes in winning. Win-win is indeed not part of the dictionary. They may try to capture unsuspecting job seekers, suppliers or anyone else Win-win, but ultimately, all they are going to do is let you make concessions and then hold you accountable.
When you are in negotiations, it is very likely that the last thing you should talk about is salary.
