I’m Jeff Altman, a big hunter. I am the head coach of Jobsearch.community. Welcome to another performance. You know, I was in a good mood when I recorded this.

This matches the question I’m going to answer. So this is one of the tough interview questions that are designed to make you worry, confess, blank, you know. This is really easy to do.

So this is the problem. Ready? Tell me about the time you felt energetic, productive, and satisfied last week. I prefer excitement because it is really the key to getting the job excited.

What are you doing Great question. Because all they have to do is see if you are just another drone. If you’re too dead inside to put anything in front of them.

Now, there are two. . . Actually, based on your level of experience, I’m sorry, I’m confused there. Depending on your level of experience, you should talk about different things. Then I got the third answer.

So if you’re relatively advanced in the organization, you might talk about someone on the team and see the lights upstairs because they have a specific idea and how exciting it is for you. You might talk about the last week moments, your team just got together purposefully and really excited the meeting. You can joke, how many times do you think it happened? So it was a great moment for me to see the teams together, not, I don’t want to say cross-purpose, but everyone got together and started doing good work on new things we were working on, or solving existing problems or any problems.

If you are an employee level individual, I will get some details in one second. If you are an employee level individual, you talk about being immersed in something, maybe you are working with someone else, maybe you are working alone, and you are so focused on something that you just disappeared. And you’ve solved the problem and you realize it’s seven o’clock and you’re on the table all day.

You are fully focused on this issue and make sure it is done well and you can take me where I am going. Now, another option is to say that this is the problem. If you ask me what I was excited about last week, yes, there are some personal things.

There are some small details. But overall, I’m looking for a challenge that can really attack. I’ve been working on this project for five years.

There is nothing new there. That’s why I’m looking at something else. Now, when answering this question, consider a story.

The format of the story I teach is to use the acronym. I know Star has a lot of advocacy for this. But this represents a situation or task, the measures you take.

I prefer Soar, which is slightly different in situations, objectives, actions and outcomes. So that’s what I’m in. So my goal is, what I take is like, and then that’s how it turns out.

And, you can also use that acronym to answer this question when you talk about how you are really together. . . I’m going to deal with the senior manager and be with this guy who looks like a frustrated person. And you have noticed it over the past few days, you don’t want it to go away, you may lose your best effort. So what you decide to do is sit down with them and bring their hearts.

So you met them, talked to them for about 20 minutes and learned that they were rejecting the frustrating things in their personal lives. The result is that they feel cared for. You will see the energy back into their faces.

You know, this is a good answer. Whether you are an employee individual or a frustrated employee, use this acronym, soar, situation, objective, action, and result to frame such problems. Hope you’ve helped this.
