When the manager does not intervene

I want to talk to you about this difficult interview question: “So, why should I hire you?”

In fact, this is the core issue where every interviewer or employer is trying to make a decision between different choices. Even if they don’t ask you out, I’ll provide you with strategies to introduce it to this interview.

So, this is basically the way to answer this question. “So, why would I hire you? Well, from what you told me about the position, you’re looking for someone with this background type. That’s what I did along these behaviors.” Then you review the experiences that fit that description for them.

Then you go on, “The other thing I bring to this work is the motivation and motivation to succeed within the organization.” If you are in sales, you can talk about how you as a salesperson get into dying functions and help turn things around. If you manage sales features, you can talk about how to help your organization achieve numbers that have never been implemented within your organization. You can do things in these ways.

If you are operationally oriented, you can talk about how to stabilize your organization and help them make money or save money from your role.

Quantify it with numbers. How much have you helped them make? How much did you help them save your character? Think in this way.

So, this is how to answer it in a direct question.

It’s usually not the question asked, but at the end of the interview, you might be asked “So, is there something else?” Or, if they haven’t asked this question and are about to end, you can say, “Do you mind I have only one thing left?” They will say, “Of course!”

You will prepare an answer for them that lasts 2 minutes. “So, the question you ask yourself might be, “So, why should I hire you? How are you different from the others I met, many of whom are very qualified? “Similarly, look back at your background that fits the work they describe to you, and then continue, “I’m very motivated.” ”

Then you talk about your motivation and how it works in previous organizations, and how you helped the organization make money or save money in the past, and how much, and talk about how you want to do it for this company.
