Interview red flag: The interview is too easy
Today, I want to talk to you about another difficult interview.
Can you do better at the job or the last job you actually do?
Like most others, this is a stupid question, but you have to take it seriously. What they are trying to find out is whether you will discuss in detail how your psychology works and how to make horrible mistakes that really cost you the consideration of the job.
So what you want to do is not a long explanation. What you want to do is, just simply answer: “Well, funny question (breaking contact with their eyes while talking).” It gives the impression that you are actually thinking about their answer. As you continue to answer, slowly and intentionally.
“Well, interesting questions. In retrospect, I’m sure I could do better, but I can’t think of any major consequences, I can do better.” From there, you might be involved in some bigger achievements. You can now list some of the bigger successes and say you’re really thinking about dramatic voices.
“Haha, funny question. I can’t think of any better divine main record. I’m sure I can do something. What I did and my last company was all my other salespeople (or second in sales) or “I support one of the biggest accounts we have” you’re there talking about some of your success.
They continued: “I’m sure there are some meetings I’ve been in, maybe I’m not ready, but, as far as things are big, I have a great record there. My references will support me in that statement.”
Have you noticed what you are doing? You are turning the answer into a reflective look, but you are actually well prepared for it. This way, you can talk about some of your successes while seemingly thinking about some awkward things you might compete for.
