Why do recruiters ask them what they can find on their resume?

There are two reasons why recruiters ask questions about what they can find on their resume. Here, I’m just preparing for you.

I’m Jeff Altman, a big hunter. I’m the head coach of Jobsearch.community, which has a selection of information I developed, and others can help you find a job faster. The question I received is, why do recruiters ask about what they have found on their resume? Now, this may be a shock to you.
If so, I apologize if I am a person who shocks you, but I must always have no BS answers, that is, there are a few different reasons. The first person is lying. They don’t tell the truth.
So when you put them on site in an interview, sometimes they tell you different things on your resume. That’s one. Now, assuming you are a truth counter, your reaction is to go, oh, stupid, you know, who will lie? Well, another thing we’re going to do.
Even if I stopped recruiting not long ago, I would speak. But, you know, I’ve been doing it for over 40 years. So using my thought process, I want to see, I want to hear how you tell the story of what you do and how you do so I understand how you interview.
(1:17 – 3:14)
For me, you see, if I stumble upon someone who tries to lie to me, it is a reward. I assume everyone is telling me the truth about the resume. I’m moving on to the next thing when telling me the truth, that is, how will they perform in the interview if I’m going to spend my time and energy representing someone? Do I have a chance to earn a fee? If not, please delete it because it’s my waste of time, no matter how good you are.
My clients will hire you. This makes sense. You will see that we will not only do something to find your job, because you don’t pay for anything.
What we have to do is what recruiters do, is fill positions in client and client payments. So you are the one who allows us to earn fees. So, in telling us what you do and how you do it, you are helping us distinguish between different people because we can’t submit to everyone.
We didn’t pay to flip resumes like we did in a fast food restaurant. Our paid jobs, recruiters are paid to deliver the people customers identifying the need because they have a specific background and a specific personality type that they will complete the job and have the necessary skills specified. So if you can’t interview well, if you can’t have a good interview with the recruiter, they will hit the delete key because there is no chance to earn the fee.
So please take it seriously. Not to mention simply, why do they waste my time? Because they are not. If you are uncomfortable you will waste their time, if you don’t have enough professional action in the interview and show that you have the skills you need and can show your story well.
Recruiters know you don’t know: They’re not watching all these screening videos
