Adaa joins Bloomberg to connect with new digital guide

The American Art Dealers Association (ADAA) launches a digital guide to free arts and culture applications developed by Bloomberg charity.

The guide brings together information from more than 200 member galleries in the United States, including exhibition lists, public plans and archival materials. Users can browse interactive maps, find weekly opens, and access interviews and historical content related to the association.

Bloomberg Connect has hosted guides from more than 1,100 cultural organizations around the world, including major institutions such as the Whitney Museum of American Art, the Storm King Art Center and the Hammer Museum in Los Angeles. By joining the platform, ADAA became one of the first National Gallery Associations to consolidate its programming on applications.

Kinsey Robb, executive director of ADAA, said in a press release that the move reflects an effort to drive more accessible galleries: “Gallery is free to visit and offers a wide range of public programs throughout the year, including exhibition openings and artists’ speeches to performances and special events. This partnership has enabled the partnership to launch this accessibility by connecting it to a more than 200 leading Galereries and connecting it to over 200 Digital Galeries.

ADAA’s new guide can be accessed through Bloomberg’s link website or mobile app.
